How hard is it to get off when you try to take it off? How do you take it off?

I had to wrap a box for someone once and I separated the glue and unfolded it. Put it down flat through the laminator and then re-folded and glued. Turned out nice. My design didn't matter which way it lined up. Does yours matter?

Does it just peel off? How hard/easy? If it gets chipped by rocks, does it start coming off?

I agree with you completely. If you supplier is not using FIFO for their inks, then that is a problem. I would address it with them and I am sure they will be happy to make sure that you get fresh ink. Otherwise look somewhere else.

If that is the same plasti-dip for covering wrench handles and the likes, I don't see how that can be durable at all. Besides if you are going to go through that much trouble to mask everything off, why wouldn't you just paint the thing?....

many companies will cut the rolls down to varying sizes as long as you by the whole roll, usually for a very small charge. We used to do that. Check with Aluma Panel Incorporated, I think they are in your area and will do it. I know that you can order it direct from oracal that way. Fellers...

I would check with Vulcan signs, http://www.vulcaninc.com . We have used them in the past for similar type jobs. They did a great job and should be able to help you I think.

We have a deal with our local trophy shop. They carry a bunch of thin materials like that and do the engraving as well. They give us a wholesale price and we use only them. Works out for us. Try checking with some local companies and see if they might be interested in doing some work for you.

Cut ACP to size and file edges if need be. Add 1/8" of bleed all the way around. With 1/8" bleed, the most you could be off would be 1/16 inch off unless you have the ACP material showing on one side. If you can line it up at least that close if not closer then you need to re-evaluate how you...
