What size material are you looking for? I am not sure what amount of sustainability you are looking for. From what I understand, the acrylic sheets that Gemini uses for laser cutting are made/recycled in house from the scraps of all of their previous jobs. Would something like that work?

Very similar to what I say...ha ha ha

I put a piece of chrome down this morning on a piece of lexan. Still looks fine. I put it on immediately after stripping the protective sheet off of the lexan. I will check it again in the morning.
