if premium you can list it here. if not ebay. market is currently flooded with those at the moment because of the EOL announcement. wish you the best of luck in unloading that. still got mine sitting out in our covered bay.
Edit- just noticed, phish??? you doing summer tour at all?
all of our work is done thru bell and howell techs. since theyve started contracting out their tech work its kind of a crapshoot who you get. do you call hp directly or do you call the company from which you bought the printer for normal tech service?
haha no all good homie. i use both (hp latex 560, 1500 and roland xf-640) so honestly it comes down to each individual printer and the environment it is in. (and obviously the care in which it is given and the knowledge of the operator) People seem to forget that no two things are absolutely...
I mean thats a little hasty to say. Every printer can have issues. Theyve been solid workhorses for me for quite a while. I wouldnt immediately write them off.

In my experience, aint much you can do for that stuff. anything with a paper face will expand and contract depending on heat and humidity. Even small relative changes can influence the board. Doing 2 sided prints on the stuff is nerve-racking to say the least.
Dont know the 370 specifically but on my 560 it should be in settings>substrate>substrate handling. cutter toggle should be like the first option (at least it is on mine). Like i said this is where it is on my 560, just trying to give you a hand. Hope it helps!!
same here. im going to go ahead and assume the new ops signed an nda because i havent heard a damn thing about it since launch. not too promising. i heard from a tech they were backed up on installs like crazy and are still rolling them out so idk. hoping to hear more very soon but im not...
I have only heard horror stories about 3rd party latex. Before i started at my shop about 6 years ago, the previous operators had given a 3rd party ink for our L25500 and it was apparently a nightmare. head life went from 6 to 10 weeks to like 2. Ink flow issues. all sorts of silliness. Of...
