How old are the wraps. When color change goes bad it can look like that, and continue to discolor between washes. Almost like the fallout from the atmosphere creates a reaction with the wrap if you don't wash often enough.

3MIj180cv3 with 3M 8520 lam, is what we use on all the low VOC walls in California. We do a wall test prior to print. Ij180 gets most of them. I hope this helps.
