so a considerable amount more than Flexi. We've never used Flexi though, so I can't comment on it.
Do you have the automated cleaning option on your machine or manually clean it?
If manual, there has been the rare chance that a head has become dislodged and will need a service tech to re-align and calibrate.
Oh I wasn't complaining about my times at all... for me the site has felt the same speed as any other website which I consider very good.
Bizarre that it is affecting different people though. Doesn't make a lot of sense unless there are some weird routing issues based on location.
So weird... had no one said anything, I wouldn't have ever noticed this issue.

Thankfully we've converted many people over to us once they see what a calibrated printer produces compared to the 'big' guys.
Certainly doesn't bother me having one 5 minutes up the road.
The theoretical maximum speed of the USB2.0 port is around 60MB/sec (more like 35-45MB/sec in reality), whereas gigabit Ethernet is around 2-3x that at ~100MB/sec.
I'm with CanuckSigns... if possible try to connect via network as USB may be struggling to keep up. I know our Onyx sends data to...
