Could be a fungal infection. If your ink is prone to that, the can give you a desinfectant to clean the system.

Well, you answer it yourself. Hundred mainboards... the mainboard failure rate of the VP and VPi is by far the highest. (Mostly the network circuit fails)

VP is end of life, don't touch it. (No more mainboards available and they die quite often)

There is a part called wiper scraper, that may be missing. But, that's not your biggest problem. The black head seems to have a electrical defect. Yellow is missing completely and LC/LM as well. Check the 3 fuses on the head board. Look at the flat cables going to the heads. Cross switch cables...

What Versaworks version are we talking? If it's 5.51 or lower, it's a known issue and you have to live with it.

Since there is no hint, what Rip is being used, I assume it's Versaworks. Depending on what setting you used to print before, it should be possible to simulate the setting with a now wider gamut.

Most likely the result of a crash. One head is shifted mechanically. You can try to loosen the two screws securing the heads and push them to the right and back. (They should go back to this position by themselves, by a sort of plastic springs)

Change dampers quickly. The ink will flow back in the tubing, as soon as the old damper is dismounted. Mount the new damper and pull ink through it with a syringe, until no bubbles come through the in port. As soon as the filter in the damper is wet with ink, the flowback stops. No need for pump...

I never use the change head function on this model. I just replace the head and dampers, enter the head rank, reset the heads counters. Then I do 1-2 medium cleanings until the test print is perfect. Then I do the adjustments.
