    Looks like the cyan and magenta are different captops then the other two. Them heads like vanderj said are super messy should look like clean metal. Even around the captops need a good cleaning. I am assuming the wiper and scraper need cleaned if everything else is that dirty.

    It’s the metal seam on trailer where panel over laps. When applying vinyl I go over it and trim with knife up the seam.     Thanks for the info. I will make sure i stop using that then. I have had used 40c on trailers and a couple of them are failing on the seams. We have to use the sealit pen to get it to stay down.

    Is it that bad? I had a feeling it would happen, havent had to remove it yet for a full wrap thank god. What are you using then for a calendard vinyl and then a cast vinyl. We are thinking of making the move to avery. Just hate switching and then having to give all my print shop customers...

    My black did come back today. Might be because the cartridge is almost empty. Hopefully buying a new vg540 tomorrow and trading this one in. Thanks again for all the help.

    For whatever reason i am still missing the whole right side of my black on the test print. Every other color works perfect. I am assuming i still have air in it. Pulled about 60cc of ink through it. Either that or damper went bad but replaced that about 6 months ago.

    Been running good ever since with the new board? I was debating on upgrading to a vg540? Or probably have tech replace board so i dont mess anything up electrical. He said he would do trade of 2 grand for mine if i upgraded printers.

    Once it stops mid print only way to print again is turning printer off from the back. Then turn back on. Otherwise Versaworks says not connected.

    So I pulled ink through each line and i got the colors on test print to show up. Would this have anything to do with me removing the ink cartridges when we moved shops? Air into the lines?
