Try clamping off all the cap tops fill with cleaner, and then let it head soak overnight.

I as well had something dropped shipped from avery. Took about 1 full month to recieve. Ended up ordering somewhere had it in stock. When i received the drop shipped one i refused and sent back.

I had to do many head soaks and print in high quality until i finally broke down and bought a new head. I ended up replacing myself. Wasnt bad. Price was around $700 i think. Cap tops are easy to replace and are fairly cheap to replace.

I would replace cap tops then do head soak. If that doesnt help probably looking at new heads.

What is your lot or batch number and also where did you order it incase i have another bad one.

You got a bad roll. I had the same issue before my last roll. Have them send you a new roll in a different batch number and you will be back to easy masking. I also had this issue a couple years ago. I just got another roll last week i hope its not another bad one.

If your nozzle check is flawless i am not sure you need a new print head.

Not sure if it makes a difference but i would set the calibration up in service mode first, then fine tune it in regular mode.

With having them couple deflections like that in your black head could cause a little banding on darker colors.

What are you printing on? I had banding no matter what i did with 3m ij 180mc

My guess is your black and cyan need replacing. Black you could probably get away with for a while.
