I worry about the image quality blowing it up to 60" wide...well the whole logo is that, this is not quite that large...

I ordered new caps...from what i have read, the line in question is a 4th line not used on the 160S because its a 3 head unit, the line is for a 4th head. Thanks for the reply!

It worked great n the guys shop, he used it up till I bought it. Did a head draw as we unplugged. Transported an hour to my place and it was not printing cyan, did like 3/4 yellow. I did several nozzel cleans, and even put in cleaning carts, and tried to flush, then I lost yellow completely...

It ended up being the rubber belt had slid down and bound up...

Just popped up after loading vinyl, restated machine several times, nothing. Tried to move the carriage, but she is super tight. I tried to do a search for it but came up empty handed...

Rapid Remover is the way to go! I swore by goo gone for years, till I broke down and actually tried rapid remover! I even used it on the top of my 72 Chevelle when i removed the vinyl top, worked like a charm!

I dunno Randy, I talked to a Mutoh tech in your neck of the woods friday and he said it was the print head or the cable...the black print head has never been replaced on this machine so I went ahead and ordered a new one, hope it will be here today or tomorrow!
