Well printing with CMY to make black to finish job, Called Mutoh they seem to think its the black print head, so going to order one of those and we shall see!

WTH Happend? This started at the end of a print while I was not watching, then did a nozzel check, anyone ever seen this before? WOW is all I can say! WEIRD! I checked the screws and its not loose, earlier I herd like a slight vibration on a few passes...but I checked the head and nothing...

They have clear on them now, but in Fellers catalog, I cant find a clear vinyl to print on in 30"-36" for my Falcon Jr. Would it be ok to use the white? I dont want to have to redo these babys! This is my first back lit sign jobs...I usually stay away from them, but money is money! Thanks...

Did not replace dampers then, I replaced everything but them, capping station, pump, lines, heads...and I did replace the black damper about 2 months ago, looks like I need to make a phone call and get some dampers ordered...Using Flexi 8.1 pro...

close up....and as I mentioned, the first run on this, it printed the whole logo which is 13"x21" in the pink/purple, then I made sure my color settings had not changed and started a reprint, and it did this...2/3 good...The Nozzel check looked good, all colors look to be firing like they...

CMYK Dampers all look ok, 1/2 full of ink....could it be the heat problem like on an HP?

On the temp thing, would I just need to turn my heaters down? My display panel for my heaters went out, so its a guessing game! Does it reset the heaters when you turn off the machine?

I just put a new capping station in like 6 months ago, not that, that means its not going bad...but jeeez! I'll check my dampers and what not.

Printing a logo, the first time I stepped out and it printed totally wrong, so I did a nozzle check and everything looked good, so I did a reprint, and it started out good, then the last 25% turned back to the purple/pink instead of gray orange. Anyone have any ideas? Mutoh Falcon Jr...not...

Once again you nailed it! I took the chip off the side and had to move the chrome sticker forward, and it worked, I knew it had to be something like that because the part number was the same!

Only seen 1 post on here for it, but I know the cart I have is a 220ml for a falcon jr! Anyone know if theres anything I can do to get it going? UGH! Get my ICC's figured out and go to print a job and now this! Frustrating!
