Just to update, Netgear Tech support got me going, they were great, 'the old router was the problem, banner is done, all is well.

24.8 gigs on the c drive left, I have an older Westell ethernet router & I think it is the problem, I am trying to hook up a newer router but it won't recognize the printer, I must have some kind of setting off, I hooked up the old westell & it sees the printer, driving me crazy!

I got a new dual band netgear router but I can't get versaworks to recognize the printer, anyone have any thoughts?

I am scratching my head on this one, I am trying to print a banner that is 4' x 24 feet on my VP 540, i tried printing it 3 times & it keeps stopping at 16 feet, the carriage stops printing & the printer feeds the material through quickly until I cancel the job, anyone know what this could be...

I can help what do you need to know? Are you using versaworks? & what design program are you using? oh I see Corel, are you using versaworks?

Are you talking about brands of the world? You don't have to pay, you just have to register, I guess they want to know who you are. Maybe paying is next, but I registered & can download logos when I need them.

Ok, that is not what I was looking for, don't turn the text into white, just fill the box with black, do not change anything else, is it possible in Corel? Make sure the black is in the back.

Fat Boy, I am curious to see what your design would look like if you filled the background with black, can you fill your original design with black & repost it? I just want to see it that way. What program are you using?

I keep a bag full of sharpie markers & any other permanent marker type I can find, in as many colors as possible, I put on magnifier glasses & have "fixed" tons of marginal flaws that I encounter on prints & banners, the trick seems to be to tap the marker up & down on the print to fix it a few...

To answer your question, -I Love it!, It is everything I need in a printer/cutter, I recommend it highly. Try to look for a solid dealer that has a good tech on board, that is important. Good luck on your choice, also, the 4 foot wide banners & prints pay for the machine, all the smaller stuff...

Get a 54" printer, you can't print a 4 foot banner with a 42" printer, you will be sorry if you pick a 42.

I put 3, 3651 prints on an awning next door to my shop & it has been on for a year , still looks good.
