you have to be real fast in order to make sure the ink is replaced asap if the ink runs out during a job. if you don't do it real fast you will see discoloration in the print where the ink ran out. the printer icon in versa works gives you an "estimate" on how much you have left and the printer...

yeah, i was woundering if i upgraded to a newer version of omega this would solve some of these issues etc. gerber refuse to even give tech support to our 2.1 version now!! i find that absolutly crazy! i paid alot of money for the software when i got my edge fx and now because they have newer...
when we get sent .eps files we try and open some of them in composer as we want to print the vector art on the gerber. sometimes the files will open and most times they won't. apparently its due to the .eps files being saved on a newer version of some software programme..so i was told, not sure...
8 out 10 .eps files we get sent from cutomers we can't open in composer. i have 2.1 and i don;t know if i update to a newer version this would solve the problem? its very frustrating having to open the files in illy and print with our roland when i can't open up them in composer and print with...

we leave our heating on at a set temp so it kicks in if it gets to that temp...we also have a vp540 and i know you don;t want the printer or really materials etc getting high/low temps all the time, you need really to have an "ideal" temp all year round.
yeah but how do they work it out? how/what do they base that unit of measure on? for example on bed linen you have a thread count, so many threads per sq inch or whatever it is....
had a client in and he asked me what the different numbers on banner materials meant. i explained to him the difference between a 10.oz and 13.oz etc, what its recommended uses were for etc etc etc. he then asked me what the .oz's actually meant.....got me stumped on that to be honest! i know...
