Looks like your vinyl is cooking. What is graphic mounted to? Aluminum? If this is constant issue maybe it is time to look at entry level UV printer. No more nightmare on elm street. Other signs in the area look ok for same amount of exposure to sun?

Once in a while you waste more time looking for these than it takes to redraw.

A few vendors are not carrying the Falcon Outdoor Eco Ink anymore. One guy is saying to use the Valuejet cartridges with the silver sticker over the smartchip to let the falcon jr. use it. Anyone have any experiences with this? Work OK?

Screen print in the kitchen, in the backyard, in your underwear! I love how they show bats and shoes with screen printing on them! Its a flat screen!

Do you have any GFI outlets in the same circuit you are plugging your summa into? They can cause some funny problems. Try a different circuit if so...

Another thing to check especially with drop shadows / effects and strokes.. Double click your scale tool in the tool palette. Make sure Scale Stroke and effects proportionally is Checked.. This should always be checked. Not sure why they give you the option to scale without it.

Nazdar, I know they have the cleaning cartridges.

Quadra K is just a denser black ink. Do a few cleanings to push it out of the lines.

The separation actually happened to me once a few years back. It was a USB dongle for postershop. Called onyx and they sent me a new copy of the key the next day. Had to send the broken one back immediately or they would charge me for it.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try the error bypass! I talked to one tech and he said that Engine Error comes automatically when the machine is powered down for longer than 1 month. The machine was literally unplugged from the wall. At least I can take a look at how bad heads / inklines are.
