I am looking to purchase a Colorpainter being sold locally. I took a look at it today and it had an "Engine Error 11E0" on the LCD. I am going to call a service provider somewhat locally to see what they say about it. Im sure it will cost a small fortune if they have to come out to take a look...
Just recently had the spittoon line clog. All the ink sat in the spitton and eventually overflowed. I had to replace it, used 1/4" vinyl tubing from home depot. It is more rigid than the one that was there and a hair smaller. I used a heat gun to soften the vinyl a little and it slid onto the...
Soak it more! Lint free cloth on top of capping station with alcohol on it, raise the head so it will get on top of the lint free cloth. Once on top lower the heads. Let it sit for 30-60 minutes. remove lint free cloth and do a few powerful cleanings then nozzle check. Repeat as necessary!
Has anyone run into this problem? Sometimes half the LCD screen will be on and the other half off. Sometimes it will not come on at all and sometimes it will. Sometimes I say sometimes too much. Anyway I am thinking the panel board needs to be replaced.. Any ideas?

Head soak worked PERFECT! Its amazing how 1 misfiring nozzle can P!ss on your parade. Used alcoholic on a lint free cloth and let it sit on the maintenace station with the heads resting on it. Then a few power cleanings and I was off to the races.

Place the wet cleaning cloth on the cap (s)

All nozzels are open, but I have a misfire on two of my magenta nozzels. Any tips besides cleanings to get this open quicker? Could I soak the capping station with alcohol without damaging the head? Maybe siphoning?
I had the same problem with my Falcon Outdoor Jr. My test was set at 300mm, kind of weird but if it was printing over 300mm I had to subtract 2.9mm from the incorrect#
The number I read with the ruler was 303 I entered 300.1 then the next print was perfect 300! Adjustment made a noticeable...
