Argh. I'm sorry, we've had this happen to us. Either (a) you got bad ink that destroyed the head or, (b) your head hit the metal media guide when it crashed, thereby destroying the head (happened to us twice), or (c) the Epson SureColor demon just made it stop. I'm betting on B.

We printed on DPF 8000 with the HP Latex 360. It worked pretty well with the generic self-adhesive vinyl profile (I think we did bump up the heat a bit), but it did leave glue residue all over (which it does on our solvent printers as well).

BigFish has a 9 mil satin rollup that prints quite well on our Epson GS6000s and S70670 and doesn't scratch (even without lam). Also, Arlon has a "pebble-white" stock that also works well, but it has a bluish cast.

Yes, Wasatch is different builds and serial numbers. We had to have an updated Wasatch to run the SC 70670, and we already had an older version that we upgraded. It's a bit of protection against one computer crashing and shutting us down for a day or two. Both computers are on the same network.
