Do any of these adhesive paper products come in 60" wide and ship to Canada? I've been looking for any supplier of 60" wide format adhesive paper that doesn't cost more than Vinyl, there are none in Canada that I know of, unless you are willing to buy 5000 feet.

I'm interested in the Mactac paper, I was not aware they would sell wide format paper rolls, do you need to buy a whole master? Or will they sell one 60" roll at 150 feet? I searched the website for MSGLAB54300 and nothing comes up.. Do you have a direct link?

We're in Ontario, and would be happy to help with your paper labels. We have a 60" wide format UV, 2 roll to roll digitals, as well as high volume flexo presses.

You said you are new at this, so the first thing you need to do is make sure you have [Convert Spot Color] checked in the [File Format] tab, otherwise Versa Works will not even recognize your Roland Spot Colors. After you have done that, then you can play around with different profile settings.

If you have a sales rep in the professional printing world, would he really be interested in selling small quantities from a BN20? Don't waste your time, start with a used wide format if you can't afford new, and the added cut feature is quite useful unless you have a 2nd machine for cutting.

You can achieve the matte black and gloss black, raised print, with Mimaki UCJV300 but if you laminate the prints, I think you would lose the two tone effect.

I've used Vinyl EFX Smooth Silver without lamination and it turns white in the Sun after 3 years, I'm not sure how much longer lamination would make it last?

Banner tape, and/or a scrap piece of vinyl front and back for extra hold.

The Mimaki has a double cut feature where you can set the position and pressure of the first cut to just kiss cut the sticker, then you can offset the cut by 1/8" or what ever you choose and do a deeper perf cut to cut the liner, making the sticker removal easier and no need for a back slit.

I have access to an Windows XP machine, so if I can get a copy of Freehand 7 or above, it should be able to open the Mac files and convert to something Ai can open? Or am I better off getting a copy of Illustrator CS5?
