Can anyone help me out by identifying this one?

I've cleaned the sensor, disabled the sensor - I don't think it's the problem. I cleaned the pinch rollers and lowered/raised the back roll tension. I can't, for the life of me, figure out what's going on.

It's like a translucent silverish etch. It's definitely not a translucent type vinyl for backlit though. It's some sort of etch effects vinyl.

I have a client looking to replace a portion of their front door etched window film. Problem is, I can't seem to match this particular film. It's a very heavy, nearly opaque level of etching. Does this look familiar to anyone?
