Not sure about the Mutoh but for our Epson and Mimaki you just have to fill up the capping station with cleaning solution. This is an automated process through the front panel. You can also try gently wiping the print head with a soaked lint free cloth. Make sure you pull in one direction only...

Go with 4mm coro. Should work just fine. We print a ton of 4mm coro for a client with the "Plasticade" system. Works like a charm.
