    are you exporting as an EPS to v/w? If so, in the export dialog, export the whole page and not just "selected". Also make sure your page is just a little larger than the graphic you're cutting.

    Hold down "alt" while marque selecting in Corel to get that effect... er that is if that's what you want. I am a long time Corel user also, but I'm of the opinion that all programs are just tools and are only as good as the user allows. It's like arguing over brands of hammers.
