Redraw the artwork or expand/merge/unite the linework. try the same artwork at a smaller size. to to eliminate alot of the if's & butt's that you can one step at a time.

What version of Ai do you have? I found CC Ai 2020 and above is issue city with any version of CM. I wound back to what worked, Ai 2019 and CM4 (4.2). Even the cm 4.6 was problematic

Nope. The actual plate the head is connected to. I just cleaned the hell out of anything that had dried up ink on it.

Never say never.... Drained the lines, new wiper, cleaned the head plate... Nothing to do with the cap or alignments, just neede a good as clean

Here's an update. I inspected the old cap top and new cap top. The old one had three hose outlets, but one was sealed. the new one had this open. I sealed it with a soldering iron. So now, I have all new dampers, and new cap top. All the colours are back except the Kay, again, it's dropping...

I've removed the replacement capping top and put the old one back in. I now have all colours except the cyan and kay. As it stands, new dampers, new capping station, old capping top. Might try the clamp and soak for 48hrs. methos and get back to you

Ok. Help! I've replaced the entire capping station and all 8 dampers. I've pulled through ink, multiple ink fill ups, cleaning etc, but I've completely lost all colours.a couple of nozzles are firing in Kay, but nothing I would be impressed with. Why? How? Help please!

Wind back to CM3. I had to many f'n issues with 4 and couldn't be arsed to go to 5. CM3 does exactly what I need it to do and is still compatible with CC 2019
