If you're cutting apart sheets of product to give to a customer for final application, a grid is nice for easily making square even sheets... but yea, for 65% more, i would pass and layout a few squaring lines of my own with vinyl

So... are you putting a white border or anything around the logo? Or are you printing all those black edges, the black hat/etc at the top onto a black background?! If you want a white border that contours the logo (which i would recommend)... magic wand the white area in photoshop, contract...
