    looks like you are etching at too high of a power. Try one pass high power to burn the backing off, then a lower power higher speed run with the air cone on the end of the laser. You could also burn at a higher resolution for eliminate the banding. Try source files that are 300 dpi

    We subbed the eps part out, but from the build pics, it looked like it was cut with a hot wire and the pieces glued together. We built a scale model then had them build the 48" version. Had to be super light for the car roof.

    We bought ours. It was a steal because we took a huge risk on a run down property. It paid off big time though.... Zero EPA studies and Zero issues with the bank. I've heard horror stories though.
