No sealer.... Just 30 year exterior paints. Not the cheap stuff.

tons of tooling out there now that requires zero mist / cooling. Do some research, it can be done. Your biggest obstacle is most .080 aluminum is of the soft variety. It likes to gum up bits.

My only feedback so far.... Its leaps and bounds better than Versaworks!!!! Its more like Caldera and Wasatch's full rips... Needed this for a long time. More to come once I get to use it more. We are beta testing for Roland and I'll have to check and see what all I am allowed to reveal.

most head replacements are pretty straight forward. We do our own quite often.

I like ISA better. More Sign industry specific. SGAI seems to be filled with screen printers and DTG vendors lately.

we use 615 extensively. I have never seen this before. I'm 99% sure this is an external stain of some sort. Be it sap, pollen, road grime, etc.....

don't get me started on this crap. There are so many sign shops around here doing this crap. The worst is corn hole board graphics. Illegal as hell.... Ohio State, Browns, you name it.... I guess when someone loses their entire lively hood people will take notice.

I'm sure he'll take that as a compliment!
