We have 6 color + white + silver. We now run a cleaning cartridge in the silver channel. If I was doing it all over again, I would have gone light black or CMYK X 2 config. I do like having white though.....

No issues here. Don't get silver because no one really wants it. The white is nice if you need it. Roland threw a 3 year all parts warranty on ours.

Our shop is 90% mac with a few PC's to run machines that refuse to offer mac drivers and software. I have the exact same config Retina iMac except I went SSD hard drive only because its a little quicker and we work on a network anyways. I love mine. Welcome to the family!

the lam works great over porcelain. We do it a lot.

direct print on dry erase boards is fine until a wet marker crosses a line. it softens the UV ink and will allow it to be erased.

We wrapped the unpainted ABS on my expedition 5 years ago and it still has zero signs of peeling. Clean them with soap and water followed by alcohol. Then Primer 94 all the edges. Zero issues here.

I don't even care truthfully..... the wrap industry was lost in our area to a bunch of companies whoring themselves out anyways. If nothing else, this will make them go away. This is exactly why we moved on to carvings, sculptures, and 3D signage. The wrap game is polluted.

As for the height comments, there was an existing sign that we were told to match height on. The tapers were cut on the CNC with the sole purpose of missing the top cap. The letters are not PVC. Each face is a solid clock of 30b HDU that was carved so the letters are part of the face. There...

we use 50% denatured and 50% water. That being said, we have to have seriously oily dirty fingers for them to ever show up in the first place. The best solution i have seen, is to buy PALIGHT PVC. our 3mil and 6mil comes masked. its never stripped off until right before we hit the print button.
