How about free?
Sometimes I check sxc.hu before I check my usual istockphoto.com . They have free stock photo options. The photos are not always as professional looking but it's a good resource depending on what you need the photos for. They also post photos from paid sites as another option.
Is there possibly a difference in experiences with out-gassing because some people use Solvent inks and some use Eco Sol? I've never worked with pure Solvent inks but I was told they have a very strong chemical smell so maybe they soften or change the vinyl more than Eco Sol?
Also, we print and...
The font below it looks like Trajan Bold. The bowl of the "Q" looks like Trajan as well - they may have just altered the tail - which you could probably do fairly easily.

I'll try to answer your questions (all layout criticism aside because well...I don't judge at the risk of being judged myself) in this case I wouldn't use perf on the window because he should be using his mirrors to back up anyways. I wouldn't put vinyl on the rubber (even with primer 94)...
Thanks- I agree there is a chemical process going on that shouldn't be interfered with. The question is how long it takes for that process to finish. I will definitely have to take some time and experiment.
i've noticed this with clear prints mostly. I have to wait a couple hours before peeling off the backing or the vinyl "puckers". I have suspected for a while that off gassing may not be as critical to the process as I was told by my predecessor. I know the ink at least needs the time to dry but...
Hi,
I read through a thread about off gassing but I still have some questions.
We print using EcoSol inks. What would you suggest is a good amount of time to let the prints off gas?
Do regular solvent inks need more time?
What can happen if you don't let them off gas?
We've been letting them...
I recently had a customer look at a design for a pullup banner and say (while laughing) "I hate it. Can you make it look more...professional?" So I said I'd need her to be more specific and she said "Well I don't know...you're the designer." Yes. Yes I am. FYI by "Professional" she meant she...
You can try brandsoftheworld.com and search for their logo. One of the logo files might contain the pms color info. You have to make an account in order to download logos but it's a good account to have anyways. Be wary though - there is no guarantee that the pms colors in the file are official.
I'm using a fairly old Camm-1 Pro and it's been very glitchy lately. The most recent glitch is all of a sudden it's been feeding the material way too fast. I don't mean the regular speed setting though. It's cutting at its usual speed but in-between cuts, when it's moving to the next area, it...
Could it be an offset issue?...When the offset is incorrect for the blade and material type you'll have unfinished cuts because the cut finishes slightly askew from the starting point.
Just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to print only specific pages of a full pdf once its been loaded in Versa...I need to re-print the first 4 pages of a 34 page pdf. It's not a big deal to save a separate pdf of those pages and load the new file to print but if there's a shortcut in...
Great design! I prefer the green logo - it's more light, fresh and modern. I think the last one is nice as well if your intention is to give it a bit of a retro-50's look. I'm not sure about the first one - the outline makes it look quite heavy to me and cramped/busy around the veggies/steam of...
