Be aware that your colors will shift and be muted when printed on clear and applied to ANY color vehicle that isn't white. So that blue you print will look much different once applied to the silver.
Tell them to put away whatever proof they have, and to explain to me what it is they are wanting, and we'll provide a proof based off of that. I don't necessarily care what something else did, as I probably won't like it anyway. If they came in solely to get the same thing looking for cheaper...
You can also double up a pair of those white cotton gloves, soak your fingers in alcohol, then clean as mentioned....same process, just easier without having to jam a long foam brush inside the machine.
What kind of wall? Painted drywall? Painted Brick? Stucco? Textured? Many variations of a "wall". Iso alcohol is the normal go to for just about anything, but depending on the surface, it might not be the correct cleaner.
I don't see how a start-up is going to survive 30 days if you are limiting your business to one type of print....I guess not enough info is giving here as to what you are doing. You have a printer, you have some vinyl. That's all I gather. What software/RIP? DO you know you will make a lot more...
Curious, has anyone used the HTAP for a wall mural? I need something super adhesive for a trouble wall, slightly textured painted wall. We put up 226 (which we usually use) and it's not sticking well.

I accidentally ordered IJ180C last month, as I usually order V3. I went ahead and used it for a few jobs, and last week did a partial wrap with it. I see no issue with it at all....had to get used to the crosshatch pattern again, but other than that, it printed great and installed with no issue...
