Well if you don't need braille, and are just putting vinyl on them, just cut your pieces from PVC, or acrylic, or Rowmark, or whatever.

Be aware that your colors will shift and be muted when printed on clear and applied to ANY color vehicle that isn't white. So that blue you print will look much different once applied to the silver.

You can also double up a pair of those white cotton gloves, soak your fingers in alcohol, then clean as mentioned....same process, just easier without having to jam a long foam brush inside the machine.

What kind of wall? Painted drywall? Painted Brick? Stucco? Textured? Many variations of a "wall". Iso alcohol is the normal go to for just about anything, but depending on the surface, it might not be the correct cleaner.

We've done something similar...with 10mm Coro though. Hinge the top, chain the bottoms together.

Curious, has anyone used the HTAP for a wall mural? I need something super adhesive for a trouble wall, slightly textured painted wall. We put up 226 (which we usually use) and it's not sticking well. Thanks!

Save yourself the aggravation. Cut magnets by hand. Get a corner rounder if you don't have one.

If your installers are having issues trapping air and can't get it out with ANY IJ180, they need installation and squeegee training.

Or create a new custom design for her. Shouldn't have to match that.

Allied Plastics makes these for us weekly. We get 1/2" with beveled polished edges. Just call Jonathan, he knows what to do.

651 is not a great print vinyl. Yes you 'can' print on it, doesn't mean you should.

I accidentally ordered IJ180C last month, as I usually order V3. I went ahead and used it for a few jobs, and last week did a partial wrap with it. I see no issue with it at all....had to get used to the crosshatch pattern again, but other than that, it printed great and installed with no issue...
