How much are these FB700s anyway? Says they'll run 860sq ft hr but what does that really mean? what will it run in production mode quality?

well it looks like these particular heads are the originals so they're probably giving out. 4 heads plus 4 I already needed. $7,200.00 Maybe time for a new printer altogether.

Anyone seen one whole head stop firing? I have 1 head and 1/4 of another just quit. I've done everything I can think of to clear it up. I manually shot flush solvent through the troubled heads. reset I/0 board checked connections and reset the entire machine. primed and purge.. Im at a loss

How many Encads are out there? not many I think. 1con Its got a dryer thats a Pro. and you maybe able to put inkjet coating on substrates like Aluminum and print on it which would be a Pro. but I've never seen or used one. so what do I know.

Looks like a K6 relay went out now. Could be the problem all along. This machine is 4 years old so things are starting to wear out.

yeah we replaced both quartz glass. So they are new. Lamps we have changed a couple of times. I have 3 sets of lamps. How do you know if a reflector is bad or profile?
