two words...die cut. we do it in house all the time. make a steel rule die and die cut. if it was a small qty you could probably do it in your plotter but that will just score and you will have to break them out

we just use 70 or 90% isopropyl and don't really have any issues with that. we are running a roland LEJ. if we are not careful we will get a finger print here and there but that doesn't happen all that often. have you mentioned this to the company you bought the printer from or the manufacturer ?

we finished last year strong and it continued through this year. we are busy with a larger back log than last year at this time. installs have slowed a little but with all the rain it seems busy because of the back up. overall the company is up from this time last year
