its a Mercedes sprinter and will have cut vinyl lettering approx 24" x 100" and a strip approx 8" x 170" on one side and some logos on the door and hood
have to do some graphics on a van for a customer for a show. they will remove after a week roughly. normally i use oracal 3751 for stuff like this but they want to remove in a week and i have seen a few times this material will leave the gray adhesive when removing in some places so need a...
definitely had some sort of help, whether it was some sort of excessive heat or customer cleaned it with some sort of harsh chemical. how many of those numbers do you have to make? in the grander scheme of things i would say you won't have to shut your doors because you made new numbers (i would...
they are running deals on the truvis vg-640 right now. we have one and it's been pretty good (somepeople on here have had major issues with them) we have had a few hiccups but nothing major that the tech from nazdar couldn't fix. we have and XR-640 for about 8 yrs roughly and that thing has been...
do you have any machines currently? reason i ask is you may want to stay with the same brand to reduce the learning curve.
we have roland print cut for about 15yrs now and have been very happy with them
i watch just enough to have a conversation (usually..haha) but mainly follow basketball, football and baseball. still play basketball (as much as the old body will allow) and play golf.
is drinking a sport?
we have only owned roland so i guess roland, yes roland, final answer roland.
may not be the best but all i know and would have to say our experience has been pretty good. we currently have 5 roland printers that are active
a full pic to go along with that would give us a better visual.
if you are going to remove old graphics you need to let the customer know that it could pull up the paint. probably won't usually doesn't but i have had a few cases over the years where it was just old or like already mentioned bad...
i have been on both ends of this one unfortunately. when we have an issue like that we try to split the bill or at least get the cost of the material so it's not a total loss and it shows the customer that you are trying to work with them but to eat the whole thing that's not good. you always...
picture frame molding store...duh...
no really try a picture frame store or since it's basic just go to lowes or home depot and buy some molding and make it your self
funny i bet if you checked their facebook profile everything but the kitchen sink is on there...haha i agree some of that info is helpful for us to help them. like you said sometimes they leave out valuable info that if i saw in your profile , like what printer you are running then i could give...
exactly, if you are charging a separate design or set up charge then fine you can fix it but if you priced a job to them based on receiving print ready artwork (and that should also be discussed ahead of time) then it's a problem.
sorry for your issues. we have had rolands since around 2002 and we have had a few issues here and there but nothing major. we do have a truvis now and like already mentioned a few posts ago it did have a few hiccups but our dealer (nazdar) has been great with getting things resolved. as they...
what does the artwork look like? just have it silk screened (that's basically what you just described) but we have a roland LEJ and we have been printing on chrome material for years with no issues.
