Heads could be getting clogged over time. If that is the problem, then you can fix by running cleaning solution through the heads or replacing them.

It's because JPEGs can't be transparent. The program is creating PNG files when it needs to stack more then one image, which is silly, they should just all be PNG. Bad programmers.

Why are some of your images JPEG and others PNG? Why not just make them all PNG? Much higher quality and "tweak-ability" in my experience.

Seems fine to me, logo is although similar, completely different as a whole. Sometimes adding stuff (like the squeegee) makes what would normally seem like infringement more acceptable. :P

Got these two different pictures of a font... Could possible be the same font on both or two different fonts, not really sure.

Well I reseated it several times and got different results on the display each time but never could get it back to normal, so we are gonna order a new ribbon cable and see if that solves the problem.

It's from your print head touching the capping station pad or from when you did a head soak. Just take the yellow damper off and pull the ink out with a syringe, put it back in and pull yellow back into it, if it's still not a good yellow then repeat the process.

Sorry I don't know what brand vinyl this is as it was given to us with the machine... The foil is Gerber Super Opaque Black though. And applying it to clear is working pretty good.

Did a search and found that you can print on clear and then apply it over metallic like laminate... This really the best solution?
