We have both here at the office but I am the biggest PC supporter. Mainly because it's cost effective and you don't -have- to use Windows if you don't like, plenty of other OS options. Also, PCs have superior AIRFLOW, which extends hardware lifespan.

I have a similar issue with Mutoh printer that I believe to be caused by clogged nozzles.

Try unplugging and then plugging back in the device that you use to speak to the printer, if any. It's usually attached to a serial port on the bottom of the printer. I know we use one to convert to LAN usage and it acts up sometimes... Does this error come up with any other jobs?

Yeah we'll see soon enough. Gonna put it through the envision after I laminate, hopefully Flexi lines it up in the same place on both machines with the material set at 11.8. Thanks for the cut tip. :)

I'm actually just using the one in the center but you got me on the right track thinking it might be something to do with the RIP software alignment. I changed material size in Flexi to 11.8 and told it to align right instead of centering on the material and it works fine now. ^_^ Thanks Fred.

Does anyone know how to tell the Edge2 to accept a larger graphic dimension size to print? I created a thread a while back about the limitation and a few people said that the limit was 11.6 to 11.8" but I can't seem to get mine over 10". Old thread link...
