I'm under the impression after reading a lot of 101 threads that laminating printed vinyl is always required unless it's for temporary use, is that correct? ...and if it's for temporary use without laminate, outside, about how long would you guess that it would last? And what kind of things...

I don't know much about your plotter... But when I'm making stencils I usually just print out what I want on card stock and cut it by hand for spray paint. Why not give that a shot to get a better understanding of how stencils work before making a more complicated and potentially more expensive...

If you don't need it to be bottled, I'm sure you can buy kegs from someone who brews their own (there are a lot of brewers clubs). Odd that it's not legal to make your own in FL, but I'm sure it's perfectly fine to buy it from another state. :P
