sprayed a lot of dibond with ben moore oil base metal/wood enamel. always try to use the matt side to paint. scuff with 400 paper, 2 or 3 light coats then a flow coat. never really had a problem.

is it plexi for sure? *or polycarb... * if it is plexi *it was probably sprayed with gripflex paint, or the like, this can be *cleaned using lac. thinner. if it's polycarb no *no and no. it will not clean and it will be yellowed, anyway.

engineer this thing! *match plates work very well you can use a slightly smaller diameter pipe inside sign cabinet. if your plan is to run pipes thru sign cab., are the pipes existing or new, you are going to need more space between the side of cabinet and pipe. ( need room for lamps).

3M #77 it is a great all around spray adhesive. works right away, clean up with a little bit of naphtha when done. *you should be able to find it at a good hardware store
