Got Junior up and running (for the time being).
After running over the machine again I moved the head height lever and noticed the head did not lift or lowered. Only the bracket which connects the steel belt to the head was wiggling. Hum.........
Took the PH2 screwdriver and turned the center...
Finishline,
Did you already replaced the color head you have as backup?
If after the start the colors are getting better and after each stop they mix this must be the head only.
As long as there is sufficient inkflow from the CMY it has no change to mix. As soon as the head stops the ink has...

I got the colors in line with the black but between cyan and black there is still a gap.
Is this a mechnical adjustment (moving the black head more...
I replaced the color head.
Changed the color head rank and refilled the dampers.
Then the testprint feature showed up and I had to load the vinyl as stated in the service manual and then the testprint would be performed.
Vynil placed and it checked the sensors (moving vinyl backwards and...
If you place the head near the capping station and power up does the head travel upon the capping station and then shows the error?
I had this yesterday after replacing the maintenance unit.
I found out the large screw on the right handside preventing the whole unit to go to the right was to far...

Supplier mailed me to use 13215.
Monday I will ask the technical background where the get the number from.
Before I wanted to change the head I had a leaking pump so this was my first concern.
The tube inside the pump had a small slit.
And ink was spilled...
