Whenever I have weird things happening with gradients and dropshadows, (if possible) I'll enlarge it to the actual size, and flatten...

    We've printed magnets on our Roland XR. It was the thinner kind, not vehicle magnets. For the back, to keep the magnet from sticking to the printer, we made panels out of the stronger vehicle magnet, and used double sided tape with polystyrene.     The zillion clipping mask layers can come from Illy too - it has to do with the PDF settings when you save it as a PDF.
