I have been a Flexi user for close to 15 years having recently upgraded from version 19 to FlexiComplete and I can say without a doubt this is the most rushed, unfinished, bug-ridden version of any software I have ever used.
I have had to contact Flexi support 4 times in the past two weeks and...
So I just upgraded from version 19 to the latest version and with 19 my Windows PC showed a preview of the file, after upgrading i just get a big purple 'F'. Does anyone know how I can get my preview back?
HP Latex 365 with HP (Summa) 54" Plotter.
Not sure what changed, but all the sudden my plotter started cutting at the end of the print instead of at the beginning.
I'm still running Flexi version 19 (free)
I can't find a setting to fix this, any ideas?
Been printing trailer wraps on HP Latex 365's for about 9 years, they are fairly reliable printers with the downside being the quality on jobs that require hi-res prints, fine for trailer wraps, but not great for product labels or photo quality prints.
I don't see us ever going to anything that...
I've tried a lot of materials but most sign vinyl's don't have the look and feel of labels printed from actual label printers, is there a material you use that gets close?
printing on canvas that appears to be totally flat, but I keep getting what appears to be rub lines, material is not touching the heater either, anyone run into this or know what is causing it?
Just like the title says, I have bunch of trailer wraps coming up and I usually try and get the best and cheapest material I can get my hands on, I know best and cheapest doesn't really go hand in hand, but Briteline Wrapcast seems to work really well.
Does anyone know another product that works...
I have been running a shop for about ten years, we specialize in trailer wraps and some sign and decal work.
All I have ever used is Flexisign and due to compatibility issues with some new equipment and just wanting to maybe lower my costs, I want to change.
I want to hear from people who used...
So we are doing a 48' trailer wrap, one that I have printed dozens of times, but the difference is I have always printed it from my version of Flexi which is the HP version 19.
I sent it to a new guy in the shop and he has the latest and greatest version, 22 I think, and it showed correctly on...
My customer needs a small 2x3 inch label with a yellow background and some areas that can be written on.
So I am looking for a material that can be written on easily, something with a paper like surface and it has be removable, it is only meant to be on there till the item can be received back...
I have a box truck wrap coming up and the price on Fellers Black Label looks pretty decent for cast.
I noticed it has a clear adhesive which seemed strange to me for a printed wrap vinyl.
Any opinions?
So we mainly print 48' trailer wraps on a HP Latex 365, been doing this for six years.
I like the latex line for it's print quality and being able to go directly to the laminator and plotter right when the print is done.
Not a fan of how the 365 treats material that doesn't react well to heat...

So I don't know if this is an HP problem or a Flexi problem, so I am posting to both.
Setup is HP Latex 365 with HP Latex 54 Cutter running the HP version of Flexi.
Have had zero problems with this setup till I added a new computer with it's own version of Flexi with production manager.
The...

I want to pay for formal training for 2 of my employees to wrap semi trailers here in North Carolina, any advice?
I have several crews I use for trailer installs, but no one wants to train their replacement and I don't blame them, but I need to bring it in-house.
Had the HP Latex 54 plotter about 5 years and it has been a great plotter for just about everything I have thrown at it except small detail work.
I have a new customer who needs their logo plotted out and it has a reserved mark that is .328" wide from the outside of the circle.
I have tried...
