After I hear that I tell my customers in addition to the standard black and white I will give them 2 extra colors on their digitally printed coro signs free of charge.
 
"...spend a lot..." could mean a hundred different things. Let me suggest a very simple question.
"Interesting. What more would you like me to know?"
And then see where the conversation goes. Just the fact the you want to listen to them will be a rare treat.

Robert, I'd like to see you try some of your own advise in a real world situation, and then report back how it went.

Do ya'll ever ask the customer up front if they have a budget they need to stay in?
Some people understand the reason for the question, and some look at you like you're
a used car salesman with slicked back hair & a cheap suit.
