The Leprechaun's eyes are spaced too far apart too me.
I would think about shifting the white/gray fill on the
bottom so the the light color is to the outside of the
circle...other than that, great.

I like it.
Here is my tweek list
Background Flag "orange" stripe and outside "orange" stripe should match.
It looks like the background flag has been deliberately muted so it recedes, but it loses the color. The proper color is gold not orange, but orange is commonly used.
I don't like the split color on the lettering, all white would work fine.
The knotwork is too faint.
The guy's foot should be resting on something.
