Tarrifs are not illegal... but he doesn't have the authority to impose the tarrifs he's imposing. He's supposed to have power, which was delegated to him by congress to improse emergency tarrifs - You can't just scream everything is an emergency so you can abuse those powers. Congress can issue whatever tarrifs they want on any country - That power was given to them in the constitution. They delegated a bit away to the president, so during war times / times of crisis the president can act without having to go through congress. So if russia invades USA, or another Country... Trump can add a million percent tarrif on them if he wants to. If Trump feels like every country is ripping USA off, him screaming Emergency and tarrifing every country is NOT what congress delegated to him. Theres a reason why it's in court, and will be heading to the supreme court... He's spouting some onscure 1977 law, which has nothing to do with tariffs as his reasoning for being allowed to impose them. Congress controls the purse... not the president. As an American, you should brush up on what each branch of the government does... And WHY it's three branches who all have seperate powers, to supposedly keep each power in check.

Sure, a private citizen can do what they want. But when you're running for, and accepting the highest position in office... you kind of give up a bit of your "I'm a private citizen, I'm not doing that!" rights. It's the same in ANY other business - I again point to tulsa... She gave up and divested away from her Tesla stocks because she didnt want anyone to even think she has a conflict of interest. Why didn't she as a private citizen tell everyone to pound sand?
Theres a thing called "Held to a higher standard". And when you're in the most powerful position in the world, don't you think the person in that position should be held to a higher standard than joe blow down the street? Theres so many reasons trump should release his tax return / divulge everything he has interests in... Yeah, I'm sure all the presidents before him released it and still did shady shit. Now imagine how much more shady shit they could get away with if they didn't release it.
Why do the Democrats have to be brought into every single argument? When you got in trouble for fighting, did you say but so and so fights? I've condemned democrats PLENTY, I even said I voted for Trump because of what Hilary did with her E-mails. The difference is I put my money where my mouth is, I'm not afraid of condemning them, I'm not afraid of voting against them and calling them out when they do illegal shit... But what do you want, me to do a history lesson and go through all the bad shit Democrats did? Theres a reason I think most billionaires and people in power are shitbags.... It's not jealousy, it's because almost ALL of them do corrupt shit because they can get away with it. Pick any president... Democrat or Republican, And I'm sure you / I can dig up stuff on them thats bad..
I tell my wife everytime it comes up, that Trump is still a better choice than Hilary... Because for all the bad shit trumps done, all the skirting the laws, I'm sure Hilary would have done 10x as much that we never would have heard about, and she would have got away with it. At least people are challenging trump and a lot of his shit gets over turned.

It's obviously to the extreme, I doubt the president has / or would ever push someone off a train track... but I guarantee you its a pretty accurate portrayal of politics / people in power, and all the shady shit they do to stay in power with backroom deals.
