my Weight Watchers leader has a saying, "nothing tastes as good as thin feels". I tell myself that every time I am tempted and it helps remind me of what my goals are. congrats John on working on your weight. it isn't easy but it is rewarding in so many ways.

I'm 6'0 in November started at 240 today I way 220 - 225. I started drinking a chocolate slim fast in the am and the same at lunch. They are actually really good (Chocolate) and doing my best to eat less and better for dinner.. I really need to start working out at least a little bit.

It sounds like a long story... Back in 2008, my whole family was gathered around the TV watching the Olympics. That was the year I started playing World of Warcraft a game I’m still playing to this day. I was in high school then, and I met my first love. She was so beautiful; even looking back now, she’s still stunning. Back then, I imagined a thousand different futures for myself, but I never would have guessed that 19 years later, I’d be selling printheads. Haha!

i also have been known to just grab a baguette and eat it for dinner. no cucumber though, notarealsignguy bought them all up for a busy night.
