have you got an example of the overspray i'm about to pull my board out and i believe it may be the same fault as with yours can you post an image of the problem and i'll see what i can diagnose

i've changed the dampers but not the cap tops i have noticed when using a syringe there's alot of pressure on a couple of the heads but most are very loose there's alot of air in the line do you think the cap need changing because to much air is present in the head ???
