I cut right out of AI with no other program. The only issue I have and haven't been able to understand is the cutting order - no matter how I create or place ganged images it cuts them in what seems to be a random order - I believe programs like CoCut will allow you to specify the order things...

I have 11 and X3 - X3 opens by default on any .cdr i double click but no issues noted having both installed

as mentioned - you have to seal the edges unless you kiss cut it with a laser - I spoke to several twill MFG at one of the ISS shows and asked about the Roland - they said it would work but not the best and not recomended - in foact no roll cutter was recomended, they did not say they would not...

Univers 67 (several versions) however the P O and C are more square than that - I have to add AUX under it and need an exact match - if any one can help I will appreciate it! (sorry its a a scan from a shirt)

Definitely subject - although I know most folks going to your site looking will know the difference, in an illustration, cartoon, etc many will not and most won't care - I rarely look for an illustration but rather look for a house or lion or whatever - then sift through the different types...

In cutting with Corel - you have to make sure there is a cut path - or outline - to every line. Just because it's in Corel doesn't mean it's vector or has lines the cutter can "see" to cut. Also if it wasn't created to cut you will likely have overlapping lines or non continuous sections etc -...
