Yeah, I agree... its not worth the hassle of having the machine work that hard pulling magnet through... I ll stick with the way i have been doing things.

If you designed the graphic, go back and use the roland versawork color swatch. 100% black is BK21A, I had a similar issue. Black was looking very grey. I only use the versaworks swatches for black or large area colors in my designs. Hope that helps a little.

Has any used Digimag vinyl.... Im running a VS540, can this material hurt my machine. The description states i can use 20 mil with Roland ? what do you all think? Thanks, Kevin

Well, got this project done. Here is how it came out.
