Think for a minute about what you just said. There have been so many threads on this subject. If all of your costs are calculated for overhead and profit, so your business can succeed.... you'd put the same markups on a tariff. You'd be a fool to just pass the cost along.

You're just gonna need to learn how to either measure accurately or judge by eyeballing what's left, before starting. The eyeballing comes with practice, while the measuring is still a pain in the neck, if ya ask me.

Do you see in your photo how the media is pushing up ?? You probably have some tension on the media wrongly calibrated. Make sure you have enough slack rolled off the back, so it doesn't create unnecessary stress. Perhaps heat settings could have some effect, but not usually like that.

Would or could you expand a bit more on this ?? As it seems, this has been said over & over already, but it doesn't do any good. Maybe some new eyes on it will help. And don't be afraid of stepping on toes...................
