That is very impressive.
Right now, I'm the only one making the production and we are making a bit more than 300k$/year. With the new equipment, we will open a new market and considerably speeding the production.
95% of our products are roll-to-roll prints that we produce in-house. All the install are sub-out. We are expanding with new capability (upgrading all our machines) but mainly with a whole new market/customer base that just opened for us.
Like the title says, is there any one man shop or less than 3 employes that make around 500k$ in annual sales? We are expanding and I'm trying to figure if I will be able to make it alone with my wife (she only make design and customer relations).
Did you check if the printer still have bowing in the print and if the output size is different of what it should be? Those and color consistency are my main concern on latex printer. I currently have a l260 and planning to buy a w800.
I would like to know what kind of equipment it take to make tactile and braille signs? I'm very intrigued in this market and would like to learn more about it. I've googled the topic but did not get a clear answers.
Thanks.
We do quite of share of frosted vinyl install (almost 50% of our install). I've been asked a few time for clear security film and always turn down those jobs. But now, a long term customer is asking and I'm curious to know if we could go in that market. From the specifications, the material is...
Thanks all for your help and informations. To answers some questions, almost 50% will be used for white ink. The Canon was a great contender, but the lack of white and the high price did not make the list. I will definitely make some test at my local dealers before making any purchase. As for...
I currently own an HP L260 and I'm 85% satisfy with it. We mostly print murals and anything that is interior decor. 95% of our products is not laminated. Since the consumable no longer exist and I'm running low, it's time to do some homework for a new printer. My first contenter is the new HP...
Hi, I have a 4ft high X 5ft wide sheet of 1/8 DiBond that I need to attach to an interior wall with a Z-Clip. Without using screws, how should I bond the Z-Clip to the DiBond? I was thinking to use two rows of z-clip for a better hold. Is it overkill? If you have another suggestion other than...
Hey Pat Whatley , if you ever want to sell the laser, let me know. I don't have a big volume but tired to outsource my job and don't know what quality I will have. :)
In my case, i use maybe 2-3 roll of premask per month. So the table would be too expensive for this and I mount vinyl on boards maybe 10 times a week. So again, the return on investment for the table would not be much.
I understand that an application table would be better but it's not the same price either. I mount mainly on DiBond and I don't want the edges to cut the roller on my laminator, so I was looking for another alternative. How the handyman perform to apply premask?
