Am I the only one who stops right there after that statement and screams WHY!!!! Why would any reputable designer design in photoshop?! Photoshop elements, sure, but the design should always be in a vector program. Sometime down the road you're gonna want it slapped on the side of your van/truck...

I created a macro that will add a cut line to outlines, no need to do all that mess.

I use corel 99% percent of the time. If I receive a 3rd party pdf that has the gradients made up of a thousand individual shapes with varying colors I can usually open the file in illustrator then save back out as pdf and it stays as gradient/fountain fill. And no matter what program is used...

Ha, we have some of those type of folks too! Same problem with our metal shear that requires one to step on a bar that brings the blade down.

Probably doesn't help but we've always hated the reds coming out of our HP's. Always come out a little orange no matter what. Saw a suggestion to create a profile that doesn't us lm or lc at all but haven't tried it. I'm not the print tech so....

Sometimes we'll clamp a stack together then drill the holes.

Depends on how the banner will be displayed, size etc. We do a lot of pole pocket banners with hem tape. As long as it's fairly small and hung indoors or carried during a parade. Sometimes we'll add grommets to help hold it together.

Appreciate the advice. I sent this over to my install tech. Hasn't been a real problem as most of the walls designs we've done have some sort of pattern that easily hides any flaws but now we'll be doing a solid white background and fear that those flaws would be more prevalent. We'll use this...

We've been experiencing some trouble install wall wrap IJ 8625 with 8524 lam. No matter what angle we press the vinyl in as it's heated we get a lot of burnt marks and bubbles. We use the recommended heat setting. Any thoughts?
