Just a different sensor and updated ARMS for sensing marks. Might have to adjust the sensor level for that material. You said you got this from someone else so maybe do a reset to factory defaults to make sure you're starting from a base if you can't get any adjustments to work.

I've been using the Substance 3755 for unlaminated items I might do on occasion. If not I will use a 6mil GF gloss or matte if the 3755 is too thin for someone.

Did the tech not do a test or run a small print before he left? Can you show your nozzle check? I'm assuming you've also done a manual head alignment and feed adjustment on your media.

Yeah I've found that 8 Pass I wouldn't really get the banding, but as soon as I did 6 Pass it would happen on the same print.
