We use lots of this material on our HP Latex 570 (Ultraflexx DSS 12oz. blockout banner) but we're having issues with wrinkling, possibly due to heat. My operators are saying with less heat, the ink doesn't dry. How can we improve output?

This is the router edge we're currently getting with our Colex Sharpcut and acrylic router bit, but it's not what we'd consider smooth or polished.

I'm not getting repsonses from Colex themselves yet. They offer two router bits, T00546 and T00547, which are described as leaving a polished finish on acrylic. We use lots of .25" and .375" acrylic and don't want to flame polish of chemically polish. Are there other bits to recommend? I'd...

As true as this is, it's possible that the cost could be significantly less if printing panels on clear subtrate with white on back for opacity and ease of installation? Enough to change minds and still have a similar look.

True; I was doubtful that the Summa could kiss cut and through cut them with that orientation.

So this is cut vinyl, and there's no printing involved. We're just cutting the letters and logo out of a 48" wide roll. They're 13" x 2" roughly, so I figured 3 across the 48". I have a 54" roll of transfer tape, which I could trim down to 48" to match the vinyl. Maybe we run the roll of vinyl...
