The issue 99% of the time with circle decals not being correctly centered is equipment issues. Cheaper cutters, especially printers that are also cutters usually struggle with these.

We have been using 3M 2080 occasionally when we are unable to get wider 180c black rolls in. Costs more, but you can get it.

I bet those images are set as Overprints, which show up in the RIP, but do not actually print.

Unfortunately, I do not have that bus' template here.

Can you locate a 36" roll of cast laminate? I know we have a couple here still but haven't ordered any more recently as we can no longer reliably get 36" rolls of 180c. That would be a lot easier to cut down and cheaper than a 60".
