  1. Florida Sign People (you know who you are).

Time for roll call from the Florida delegation or still too early? I hope everyone came through unhurt.
  2. Not the flying cars we were promised but still pretty cool

I don't know, but remember how Tex crunched his 2500 utility a while back? That impact damage was about the right size and shape to match up with a slow moving Segway being 'nudged' out of the way......
  3. Florida Sign People (you know who you are).

Castrated guard chickens do seem like a very 'Florida Man' thing.
  4. Florida Sign People (you know who you are).

We used to be in typhoon alley and would get hit with a big one every few years. Thanks to Global warming/Climate change/freezing/warming the trade winds shifted and we have not been hit hard for a very long time. It was kind of fun when I was younger and didn't have to worry about reopening a...
  5. Florida Sign People (you know who you are).

You guys sand-bagging or packing up to get out of the way? Stay safe & dry.
  6. Not the flying cars we were promised but still pretty cool

Circle track races with these would be like Roller Derby with fatalities.
  7. Not the flying cars we were promised but still pretty cool

Looks like acceleration/speed is controlled by throwing your body weight forward. I think with my size I could hit 100mph before the battery exploded.
  8. Not the flying cars we were promised but still pretty cool

50mph+ from an 80-pound cordless hampster wheel is amazing. But, the first faceplant would be the end of me so I'm just going to enjoy other people zipping around and hurting themselves on one of these:
  9. Arial

When we got our first plotter (80's) we cut a ton of Cooper Black, Old English, Commercial Script & Hobo - all the cool fonts. Good times.
  10. Font Showcase

Interesting... Maybe the muti fonts are not the worst of it, top figure is missing an eye and the bottom one has scissors stuck in his head. I would pass on letting anyone there get within arms reach with that straight razor.
  11. Photo megapixel help

Have seen any of these kids face to face? Maybe this latest generation are just blurry & not photogenic.
  12. Paint coming off the wall in big chunks

Maybe try something like Photo tex. You can reposition it without damage. I have not used it much, but it does seem to stay up.
  13. Landscape Logo input

I think Brad has it pretty well laid out. But, I would skip the more vertical layout exercise. No landscaper is going to want their logo done in a portrait layout.
  14. Alupanel Client Install w no visible fasteners

Is it going to be single or double-sided? You could use 3mm alupanel - mount some square tube to the back using countersunk screws through the 3mm. 2ea. horizontal to meet up with the side posts at the top and bottom of the sign. If it is double sided put some 'U' shaped brackets that you can...
  15. Application Roller For Existing Table. Any Ideas?

This guy had a thread here on the forum and in this video, he goes over what he did. Might give you some ideas:
  16. Carnage on the highway, tractor trailer overturns - Not for the faint of heart!

I'm surprised they sent the lube with the 'devices' in the same trailer. When munitions are shipped on public roadways doesn't DOT require they send the fuses /detonators separately?
  17. Carnage on the highway, tractor trailer overturns - Not for the faint of heart!

Have you checked the price of aspirin lately? Who's got that kind of money?
  18. Carnage on the highway, tractor trailer overturns - Not for the faint of heart!

Luckily no one was seriously injured but I think some of you expecting shipments are going to have a long wait. https://www.vice.com/en/article/xgyvyn/tractor-trailer-overturns-spilling-truckload-of-vibrators-on-mustang

  20. Environmentally Friendly Print Media, with Adhesive... Please Recommend!

DUPONT TYVEK BANNER This eco-friendly banner material has great image quality, smooth matte finish resistant banner. Tyvek® is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is 100% recyclable and accepted at most local recycling facilities. I wouldn't eat it but if you rolled it up and threw...
